What makes you most happy at work?
Not much lately. Used to be able to work remotely, and that increased most, if not all, of the employees satisfaction about their work. That was the last perk for working here.

The thing that makes me the most happy is knowing that we were able to meet our customers needs.

It seems there are always mistakes needing to be fixed due to poor workmanship and the burden is placed on those who care about doing things correctly.

Back to hybrid work schedule and address the growing concern with not having enough staff to run these growing programs.
