I have had a good experience in my time working at Aaron's. I looked at my YTD earnings one day and realized I had brought home way more than I realized. Not as much as i want, but more than I thought. The opportunity to bonus and get paid is there and that is always good for morale.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am working and providing for my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That everyone wants to help each other and are genuinely happy to see each other succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was asked what my background was and how it could be used to help in my career here at Aaron's.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team atmosphere and the way when we have a bang up day ( collecting in the accounts department, selling in the sales department) it feels like we won a championship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a better base pay and to have all of my bills taken care of with no worries and what I currently make, I'm not able to do that comfortably, and I would feel a lot better about my bonus if it was a metric I could control instead of it being based on my percent collected.
