It isn't bad and I appreciate everyone there again the only concern is the pay in the under-appreciation

The main thing that is wrong is the under-appreciation and the under pay

Having your own room to be interviewed versus doing it on the floor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I got paid according to how I work I know I'm on a 16 an hour to 18 an hour work rate I do everything the right way I do everything neat and collectively and I make sure things that need to get repaired get repaired before I send them to service
