Poor treatment and constant unpleasant and unprofessional behavior from the GM! He was too busy flirting with sales rep, the majority of the time. He failed miserably at opportunities to train me as a fast track employee! Things he asked of me were rude and insulting, on several occasions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management must step in!!!
