personality, and i wish aarons would not hired anyone who smokes cigaretttes because it stinks.

aarons as a company needs to pay more, give more raises .... See about your employee and not just your cust base

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i havent received a pay raised in over 2 years and does not look like we at this aarons will be getting one but we must still put the customers first and just except whatever aarons say.. Aarons will lose alot of great employee for not seeing about their workers first
