Career Advancement, Pay in return of the expectations of workload you're asked to handle
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible but long hours. Introducing and negotiating with TGA
Incentive performance based compensation at every level
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of work and pressure for the compensation against it
Opinions and suggestions are not considered, only couple of people make all the decision and drive the product.. Correct people need to be promoted if not right people will leave this company
Compensation is lower than competitors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We operate well even though we are a remote team.

What makes you most happy at work?
Collaboration and problem solving. Being able to be heard and provide useful feedback and improvement ideas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Advice to Management Get out into accounts with reps, live a day in the life so you really understand what is going on. Provide real guidance, support and mentoring instead of asking for another spreadsheet at 9pm on a Tuesday (Due by 7am Wed).

The product. Peers. Focus on growth and patient recovery
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Management styles and for management to be more open to ideas, recommendations and actual problem solving rather than "impressing the boss"
