What makes me happiest at work is being part of a team that is relentless in its pursuit of excellence. We take pride in what we do, hold each other accountable, and consistently deliver at a high level.
Collaboration and problem solving. Being able to be heard and provide useful feedback and improvement ideas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Advice to Management Get out into accounts with reps, live a day in the life so you really understand what is going on. Provide real guidance, support and mentoring instead of asking for another spreadsheet at 9pm on a Tuesday (Due by 7am Wed).
What do you like best about your company?
The product. Peers. Focus on growth and patient recovery
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Management styles and for management to be more open to ideas, recommendations and actual problem solving rather than "impressing the boss"
