- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Supervisor should be subject matter expert. Eliminate the importance on one man in decision making. Respect to staffs comments. Create a positive environment. Stop blaming others and spying.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The same grade staffs are getting different types of compensation which is not acceptable. There is very few benefit other than salary. 100% taxable income. Small scope to negotiate the benefits.
