Management does not support workers. We are overworked and undercompensated.

One interview as opposed to several call backs, relatively fast hiring process.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Constant chaos. No support or backup. No structure. I was there over 3 months before I had my "weekly" supervision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Addictions is a difficult field and prone to burnout. Lack of adequate benefits makes you feel like an unappreciated employee and one cannot afford to seek adequate healthcare to maintain healthy mental and physical states.
