More targeted and fewer number of interviews would have been good.

Very casual, welcoming and inclusive environment. Highlights include Friday drinks/games, welcoming parties for new hires, and occasional team-building games like Escape Rooms!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my colleagues is generally a delight. The company has been careful in hiring mostly easy-going personalities, meaning collaboration is a joy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While a wonderful place to work, salaries in tech have increased dramatically in recent years, while Accelo has struggled to keep up. This can make it difficult to hire and retain talent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very approachable leadership - if you have an initiative you'd like to pursue, it's as easy as putting together a business case and presenting it - buy in is very quickly attained if the business case is sound
