What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They had no clue about how their job affected others. Some simply knew next to nothing.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Intercorparate people skills. They appear clueless about how to actually manage people in the lower echelon.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers need to learn how to delegate then trust the employees to do their jobs. The micro managing is a killer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was not trusted. My Branch Manager may as well have called me a liar to my face. I have never felt so disrespected.
