Acceptance is both an omnichannel insurance agency (buy coverage online, on the phone, and in our stores) and insurance carrier operating in 13 states across more than 300 retail locations. We are a team of more than 1,300 people focused on developing long-term relationships with historically underserved customers, including anyone who needs flexible payment schedules or has a few bumps on their record.) We’ve got the support systems of a major insurance company, but we work hard to be a part of and make a difference in our communities.
