About Acceptance Insurance's Brand

Acceptance is both an omnichannel insurance agency (buy coverage online, on the phone, and in our stores) and insurance carrier operating in 13 states across more than 300 retail locations. We are a team of more than 1,300 people focused on developing long-term relationships with historically underserved customers, including anyone who needs flexible payment schedules or has a few bumps on their record.) We’ve got the support systems of a major insurance company, but we work hard to be a part of and make a difference in our communities. From the technology that powers our claims department to the culture in our offices, we have one mission: passionately helping hard-working people deal with life’s uncertainty.

What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Those who respond with a score of 9 to 10 are known as Promoters, and are widely associated with behaviors that create value, including actively encouraging others to use the product or service. Those who respond with a score of 7 or 8 are categorized as Passives, and they are believed to be less likely to exhibit the value-creation traits of Promoters having a largely neutral effect on other consumers. Detractors are those who fall in the score range of 0 to 6 and represent dissatisfied customers of the product sometimes actively recommending against using the product.

I called in asked if I was covered on a tree limb falling and braking my window and They said no So I paid to get my car home Fixed my own window and then traded my car in got a 2019 but you won't cover that new of a car so I had to shop around for new insurance But I have a false claim on my record

Customer service was horrible, I was calling to find out about an unknown charge and was rudely spoken to and interuppted whenever I tried to speak or ask a question.

Horrible insurance company don't follow policy and when something goes wrong and u need the insurance their unfair and a rip off . Wouldn't recommend them to anyone they should be shut down

Better customer service, they take their sweet time doing anything for me and very difficult to even get a hold of. Very rude to me. This mainly applies to my adjuster and my claim and this is with me going through my own insurance. As soon as I can ill be switching insurance because this is awful.
