Paid time off is pretty decent if you are salary person

A panel of people interviewed me and asked several questions that I felt comfortable answering

They need to get more people in to work claims and provide better training to their people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
THe system they have in place at this time is horrible. Claims come in daily and you have NO time to work your own as you are being a secretary answering non- claim related questions that are not in your department
