I liked that I was told about the need for the company and what role I would play. I was asked specific questions and they also put a premium on a culture fit.
It's very open minded and selecting best of the talent from the market pool
They consider reasons why we exit old company and also consider our attitude as well other than skillset
They wanted to know a lot about me, and would I fit with the team.
Don't work here at all thus don't even interview with them.
