Equal opportunities, open door policy, well secured infrastructure, flexible hours of working, listen to any employee concerns, help the individuals when in need, caring management and leadership
I love helping teammates complete large assignments that help the company achieve important business goals. I also appreciate being able to work independently on diverse tasks knowing I have a strong team that's supportive of each member
It is a happy and healthy workplace
I enjoy that I am not working in a micromanaged cube-land structured organization.
Open, collaborative teams. Genuine concern about team members as people where the company works hard, but work/life balance is an actual thing.
I love that every employee is empowered to work with other departments and employees. I have gotten help from Marketing and from the Product dept to help me finish projects.
