The best thing is, they are always approachable.

Not lying. When a contractor has an assignment ending in two months, they should not tell the contractor that they have a definite contract and not to job hunt, and then never bother to tell the contractor that there is no job. Thus the contractor ends up not being paid for months.

Total package is extremely competitive. I would have a hard time doing better elsewhere.

I like that fact that my pay is simple to understand. My commission is not complicated, and we discuss what it will take for me to make more money.

I'm not being paid at all. They told me I had a job and then there was no job and they never bothered to tell me. They expect contractors to sit around on the bench without being paid. Since no contractor would actually do that. They keep lying about the definite job they are having you start.

Regular discussions were not possible and no stock options or bonus structure mentioned . Less Paid leaves for Us employees

Don't work here at all thus don't even interview with them.
