Pay for performance and there is no limit
The salary is fair and the commissions are good, paid quarterly.
I'm not being paid at all. They told me I had a job and then there was no job and they never bothered to tell me. They expect contractors to sit around on the bench without being paid. Since no contractor would actually do that. They keep lying about the definite job they are having you start.
Regular discussions were not possible and no stock options or bonus structure mentioned . Less Paid leaves for Us employees
