Lately, not much. My coworkers encouragement and my store director helping has been the most positive thing at them moment

i love to help the customers and somedays im down because of the pay and not having enough for my family.

i love to be on a team where i can make a difference in my own way and create new and exciting ideas to make the company better.

How hard everyone works there

I like the people, honestly. They're the best part.

Prices are too high. Store is instructed to follow the inventory ordered from a computer, often neglecting actual community needs. Too many last minute changes to sales and pricing.

Qualifird management who actually does thier job

the ones that are adept at hiding all day seem to get most hrs

HIRE MORE WORKERS. HAVE MORE PEOPLE WORKING

The store is way to expensive. The company doesn't care about there employees only about there bonuses. Pretty much just talk to the employees who run the store(s) and figure out what that store needs or what the employee needs. Just talk to the employees.

I need competent help! There needs to be a positive reason for wanting a job here, an option for family benefits, much less waiting time for personal benefits, better pay.

Managers need to stop being arrogant and letting customers abuse their employees
