Management just bully staff on a daily basis. Long hours and really poor pay. No progression and it's basically dead man's shoes.ypu can't say anything or you will end making a target on your back. For your own mental health do not work here

The company could actually treat everyone like a human being instead of the dirt on there shoes. Stop cutting budgets and increase the pay so field staff don't have to work 80 hours a week for decent pay
