Terrible. Managers continue to add more job responsibilties but dont increase pay. Impossible to move up. Very unproffesional
The company could actually treat everyone like a human being instead of the dirt on there shoes. Stop cutting budgets and increase the pay so field staff don't have to work 80 hours a week for decent pay
