What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great communication and on going coaching!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You name it they need to get better at it. They do nothing right
Get rid of the whole management team and start a fresh with managers that want to lead and look after there people. Help your people and don't laugh at them because they have mental health issue try and help them instead
Keeping staff happy and motivated

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company could actually treat everyone like a human being instead of the dirt on there shoes. Stop cutting budgets and increase the pay so field staff don't have to work 80 hours a week for decent pay
More pay , better management and more staff
Give us better pay and better rewards you may find staff will stay

What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other and give each other a boost and a pat on the back as you definitely do not get that from the office

The caring environment. Everyone is friendly to each other and willing to lend a helping hand.

Pay and benefits. Maybe a more professional and experienced management team. Treat your staff like humans and not dirt from your boot because they are not on the same pay grade as you

Straight forward and very easy going
It was so easy and laid back that if it was anymore laid back we would all fall over
