This is one of the very bad companies that I have ever worked.

A chance to meet the team during the interview process

Autonomy is quite good here

Pay was competitive, but don't expect to make commission. One rep hit their quota in the entire company. To add to this, benefits were okay at best. High copays and premiums, weird insurance company and coverage. 401K match options weren't the best and take 3 years to fully vest.
