What did you like most about the interview process?A chance to meet the team during the interview process
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Like I said, culture is super motivated. We all see an opportunity to work hard and be compensated quite well and we all want that for ourselves and one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Encouraging, supportive, available. They will also let you know what needs attention
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay was competitive, but don't expect to make commission. One rep hit their quota in the entire company. To add to this, benefits were okay at best. High copays and premiums, weird insurance company and coverage. 401K match options weren't the best and take 3 years to fully vest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?undervalued because the company is focused on fresh talent and do not pay attention to its existing workforce
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Innovation, Planning and Execution at every step of the way
