Pay was competitive, but don't expect to make commission. One rep hit their quota in the entire company. To add to this, benefits were okay at best. High copays and premiums, weird insurance company and coverage. 401K match options weren't the best and take 3 years to fully vest.

Wages are low to mediocre. Zero raises.
As a manager who is part of the hiring pipeline trying to backfill the attrition, there are no salary bands or control on fair compensation. If a candidate is willing to work here, there are no guardrails, anything can happen. Leadership hiring friends into inflated titles.
No equity options and OTE is an issue when no one hits quota.

A consistent positive and supporting environment
Everything needs to change especially management not laying off all the workers.
Be honest that nobody will be there long.
Hire some US workers and not underpay workers outside the US.
they should do a better job of discussing financial realities facing the company.
The more people leave the mor disorganized the company becomes.
The executive team spent way to much money and were lousy planners. Overpaid upper management have crippled this company. Replacing all managers from Directors on up is the only way to improve.
Company was sold. New investment firm owners are a total black box. We all fear for our livelihoods.
