Encouraging, supportive, available. They will also let you know what needs attention
Truly depends on the department but my director has been a pleasure to work for as she is obviously an advocate for the success of our team.
I love how the leadership team is open, honest, and transparent about where the company is headed. They honestly care about the people and are doing their best with what they have to work with.
Innovation, Planning and Execution at every step of the way
Stop ruining the company. Stop firing everyone.
Leadership needs to build more trust and communication more broadly what the future of acoustic might look like through PE exit.
Executives have left or been fired every quarter since I got to Acoustic. Therefore it’s difficult to find consistency in the visi
Learning how to run a company efficiently without laying everyone off.
Salaries and comp plans for sales roles are competitive for the marketplace
The base annual salary pay.
Pay was competitive, but don't expect to make commission. One rep hit their quota in the entire company. To add to this, benefits were okay at best. High copays and premiums, weird insurance company and coverage. 401K match options weren't the best and take 3 years to fully vest.
undervalued because the company is focused on fresh talent and do not pay attention to its existing workforce
Wages are low to mediocre. Zero raises.
As a manager who is part of the hiring pipeline trying to backfill the attrition, there are no salary bands or control on fair compensation. If a candidate is willing to work here, there are no guardrails, anything can happen. Leadership hiring friends into inflated titles.
No equity options and OTE is an issue when no one hits quota.
Smart and dedicated regardless of experience in Martech
The people do work hard and try and learn new technologies.
Management has laid everyone off and so there is nothing good about the teams.
Nice, friendly, and hard working.
Competent. Eager to help. Kind and helpful.

Like I said, culture is super motivated. We all see an opportunity to work hard and be compensated quite well and we all want that for ourselves and one another.
Autonomy is quite good here
Everyone's very friendly and we all are all in the same page we want what's best for the company
I am lucky to work on a good team full of smart and dedicated people. The culture and morale is currently at an all time low however.
The most positive thing about the company is that they do want to backfill all the people that left. They do want to modernize the platform.
A consistent positive and supporting environment
Everything needs to change especially management not laying off all the workers.
A chance to meet the team during the interview process
Only 2 rounds of interviews for most non-exec positions.
The open dialogue and transparency.
Be honest that nobody will be there long.
Hire some US workers and not underpay workers outside the US.
they should do a better job of discussing financial realities facing the company.
Work hours, Flexibility to work from anywhere
The people and the work that I do
The more people leave the mor disorganized the company becomes.
The executive team spent way to much money and were lousy planners. Overpaid upper management have crippled this company. Replacing all managers from Directors on up is the only way to improve.
Company was sold. New investment firm owners are a total black box. We all fear for our livelihoods.
