What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salaries and comp plans for sales roles are competitive for the marketplace

The base annual salary pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay was competitive, but don't expect to make commission. One rep hit their quota in the entire company. To add to this, benefits were okay at best. High copays and premiums, weird insurance company and coverage. 401K match options weren't the best and take 3 years to fully vest.

Wages are low to mediocre. Zero raises.

As a manager who is part of the hiring pipeline trying to backfill the attrition, there are no salary bands or control on fair compensation. If a candidate is willing to work here, there are no guardrails, anything can happen. Leadership hiring friends into inflated titles.

No equity options and OTE is an issue when no one hits quota.

This company has too many managers and not enough workers. Nepotism - just follow the dots.

More competitive benefits, an actual vacation policy.
