The freedom i have to achieve my objectives. I am never micromanaged and my manager trusts me to produce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting a bonus based on performance is nice, leadership rewards us for our hard work. Full benefits in a remote work place is also nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody buys into the culture of helping out each other even if it isn't your job or department. Instead of blame, most people here focus on accomplishing issues as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is mission oriented and works as a team - very rarely do I feel fingers get pointed which is often in corporate environments. Generally speaking, leadership wants to see the company and its employees succeed and thrive.
