What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Simply put, everybody is easy to get along with. The company supports team-building activities and professional development, recognizes accomplishments and generally supports the employee in all things.
The way the management team interacts with its employees
Our HR team really goes out of their way to make sure our culture thrives during these work-from-home times.
They are huge on self improvement. The company makes sure that the employees are well taken care of. If you are sick or even stressed out, they encourage taking time off to make sure that our mental health is also cared for.
If any mistakes occur (build problems, didn't finish running a program, programming errors, etc.) we work through why the problem occurs and how to prevent it in the future and move on.
Company supports growth from within the company and has added many programs over the years to improve employee satisfaction.

My coworkers and supervisor want to help me prioritize and be productive, but still challenge me.
Good pay and benefits, work culture is good. Rarely do we ever work overtime unless its an absolute necessity. Never seen anyone fired or put on pip.
