What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits coverage. 401k match could increase though
The experience gained, being here is a huge career boost for me.
The best part is the money, of course. Further, since part of my compensation is commission, my leader sits down with me every quarter and carefully explains our goals, and goes into great detail about my compensation, what's changed, and how to maximize my earnings.

Compensation, easy of usage, communication
Getting a bonus based on performance is nice, leadership rewards us for our hard work. Full benefits in a remote work place is also nice.

Health benefits could be a bit stronger
We move incredibly quickly which means we often wear multiple hats and serve in more than one job function. I would appreciate a better understand of how much is accomplished with few resources and compensation that aligns with all the duties performed even when outside of the job description.
