An extraordinary leadership team has played a significant role in my overall experience at Acronis SCS. Senior leadership genuinely cares about their team members. From the VP of Sales to the company's CEO, they'll do whatever it takes to support you as long as you bring ethics and hard work.

In my short time here, rarely work overtime, they care about life/work balance. Love my cowokers and boss. Would recomend people to work here. Lots of opportunities to learn new technology and be supported.

Being at Acronis SCS is a great experience, they really take the time to make sure you succeed. The product and the leadership is fantastic. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else, to be honest.

Having worked for many companies over the past 30-years, this one is the best, hands-down and there is no close second. I'm treated very well, everyone is professional with a good attitude, and they know their stuff. Promotions are frequent, and accomplishments are recognized.

The best part is the money, of course. Further, since part of my compensation is commission, my leader sits down with me every quarter and carefully explains our goals, and goes into great detail about my compensation, what's changed, and how to maximize my earnings.

We move incredibly quickly which means we often wear multiple hats and serve in more than one job function. I would appreciate a better understand of how much is accomplished with few resources and compensation that aligns with all the duties performed even when outside of the job description.

Avoid long standups and excessive chatter

Inclusivity. Meetings that are target and productive. They don't have meetings just to be busy, there is a purpose behind each of them.

Communication and trust, we are all learning and we share those experiences to raise all ships.

We all get along great and sort of treat each other like family.

My team is effective. They have a good sense of humor, but more importantly, they get the job done. We all work together to support each other in our jobs.

Simply put, everybody is easy to get along with. The company supports team-building activities and professional development, recognizes accomplishments and generally supports the employee in all things.

The way the management team interacts with its employees

Our HR team really goes out of their way to make sure our culture thrives during these work-from-home times.

They are huge on self improvement. The company makes sure that the employees are well taken care of. If you are sick or even stressed out, they encourage taking time off to make sure that our mental health is also cared for.

If any mistakes occur (build problems, didn't finish running a program, programming errors, etc.) we work through why the problem occurs and how to prevent it in the future and move on.

I liked that it was a good smooth process. It was without any unnecessary questions, tricks, traps, setups, red tape, or other such annoyances. Everybody was on-time, well-prepared, and considerate. My resume wasn't fed to an HRIS ATS, but directly handed to the person making the hiring decision.

They were personable and didn't treat me like a number. I spent time getting to know the people I would be working with before offered a spot.

They didn't mess around. I had two interviews and then they decided on an offer within a matter of a weekend.

Laid back process and interviews. Everyone is very friendly and engaging.
