My team is effective. They have a good sense of humor, but more importantly, they get the job done. We all work together to support each other in our jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like bringing my technical expertise to the sales process. I feel that I'm being put to the fullest best possible use. I have a rewarding sense of value and beloging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the money, of course. Further, since part of my compensation is commission, my leader sits down with me every quarter and carefully explains our goals, and goes into great detail about my compensation, what's changed, and how to maximize my earnings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership expresses all of the best qualities that I would hope to find. They are qualified and well suited to their roles, properly experienced with appropriate backgrounds that make them great fits. Specifically, I enjoy the trust they place in me to do my job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was a good smooth process. It was without any unnecessary questions, tricks, traps, setups, red tape, or other such annoyances. Everybody was on-time, well-prepared, and considerate. My resume wasn't fed to an HRIS ATS, but directly handed to the person making the hiring decision.
