What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was a good smooth process. It was without any unnecessary questions, tricks, traps, setups, red tape, or other such annoyances. Everybody was on-time, well-prepared, and considerate. My resume wasn't fed to an HRIS ATS, but directly handed to the person making the hiring decision.
My interview process was very smooth, the communication from HR and management was very clear on the process and always keep me in the loop to definite next steps.
They were personable and didn't treat me like a number. I spent time getting to know the people I would be working with before offered a spot.
They didn't mess around. I had two interviews and then they decided on an offer within a matter of a weekend.
Laid back process and interviews. Everyone is very friendly and engaging.
It was exceptionally efficient. I felt that my time was valued and respected during each step of the process.
