Good pay and benefits, good work culture. Leadership has shown an effort to make employees happy. Only thing I wish would happen is Acronis SCS moving to a four day work week.

Everyone has a good sense of humor, but also knows their stuff pretty good

It is nice to work with people who view issues as a team effort rather than an opportunity to blame others
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good pay and benefits, work culture is good. Rarely do we ever work overtime unless its an absolute necessity. Never seen anyone fired or put on pip.
