As Chief Customer Officer, Ellen focuses on building, growing, and nurturing relationships with Act’s customers. With over 30 years of experience in technology, she is responsible for establishing a high-caliber customer experience across the customer journey as well as exceeding customers’ needs and expectations by driving CX optimization efforts across Act!’s portfolio of products. Prior to Act!, Ellen was SVP of Customer Success at Intralinks, a leading financial technology provider for the global banking, deal-making, and capital markets. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Constant Contact, first as SVP of Product Strategy and then as SVP of Customer Success and Operations. There, she led the product strategy team through the company’s IPO, redesigned the core architecture bringing four new products (survey, event marketing, social campaigns, and local deals) to market.
