The CRO at Act-On is awesome. He is a good leader who actually cares about the personal and professional success of his people. The VP of sales is very passionate and has been a positive constant for the organization, but he has room to grow from an acumen perspective. The individual sales managers are pretty inconsistent with some high performers and some near dead weight.
