I got to meet directly with the team and manager I was going to work with and the process was smooth and fast.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We move fast, which can make roles more ambiguous, but I personally love building new processes and getting to iterate on projects so it's a good fit for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency with us and constant support for career growth. I feel trusted to do my job and make decisions in my role and have a great relationship with my manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits here are incredible, AC pays 100% of my benefit premiums and contributes to the HSA. Our 401k match is great and we have open PTO and a work from home stipend.
