Everyone is so willing to pitch in and help and tackle a project with the best of intentions. There is not a lot of ego, but rather a desire to do what's best for the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The entire benefits package is pretty robust and generous. It's difficult to pick just one thing. Not not having to worry about paying for transportation to and from the office, and knowing your health care is completely taken care of definitely provides peace of mind.
