What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Our people work hard and are focused on our clients' success.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with several team members before joining to learn about their experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the changing work over time. We aren't stagnant and there is always more than we can do at any moment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Only some roles get equity here. For the rest of us, we get compensated with a higher salary. Our benefits are fantastic and have evolved to keep up with our WFH needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team deeply cares for our clients. We have many smart team members who are focused on solving challenges our clients face to help them find better results. People are genuinely nice and care about each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am on the technology team. Our senior leadership is highly accessible and engaged with our product development. Our product roadmap is bold, with many initiatives now under way. I like the pace of the business - we move quickly, we have pivoted to devops to ensure we can deploy change quickly.
