ActiveCampaign is a company of great people that is undergoing drastic expansion in a very short amount of time. Things often feel tumultuous, disorganized, and unclear. The people truly care about their work and their relationships with each other. Everyone has a very positive and collaborative attitude. The team is wonderful.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More consistency and clarity in the process. There were long stretches of zero communication over the course of many months, which left me wondering where I stood in the process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We strive for inclusivity, and we've been open to drastic changes as a result of the switch to a distributed workforce. While things are often ambiguous, we take it in stride with an overall positive attitude.
