I started working at ActiveCampaign during Covid and can't imagine doing that anywhere else! The organization is one of the most transparent I've ever worked at. I feel supported by my manager and everyone on my team is aligned on goals and works hard to achieve them.

Generous base salary and affordably priced insurance! Since Covid the organization has also given every employee a quarterly work from home stipend as well!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders are very involved and not super removed from the work their teams are doing. Not afraid to get their hands dirty and work alongside the team if necessary!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is really openminded and friendly. No one feels like a stranger at ActiveCampaign. The company has grown tremendously in the past couple years but hasn't lost sight of their values and the "why" behind the work we do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The entire process was quick from start to finish and I felt like the interviews were extremely conversational in nature. The role was really well described and everyone was really candid about the highs and lows of the job.
