What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the variable benefits package that we can choose from. Being able to be flexible with my healthcare has been an absolutely game-changer in my life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked with and for a lot of SaaS. software, and tech companies. ActiveCampaign is leagues ahead of the rest in terms of company culture, benefits, and remote/in-person work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to meet all of the stakeholders in the interview was helpful. Also, I didn't have to answer the same questions over and over, which meant a lot to me.
