What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do impacts over 130,000 customers, and most of those people are small businesses
What did you like most about the interview process?
The use of a work sample instead of only an interview helps, and the work sample is designed thoughtfully to not take more than a couple of hours.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ActiveCampaign does a lot to take care of the team. There are benefits like great healthcare and 401k of course, but also quarterly work-from-home stipends, lots of perks and swag, professional coaching, and all kinds of smaller benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Incredibly graceful team. There aren't a lot of tech companies that can grow the way we have grown and have freedom on nights/weekends at the level we have. That's because the executive team and especially JVB genuinely want to do right by the team
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is growing so fast and getting so much done, but still makes the space to have fun. There are happy hours and things like that, but more than "events," the team creates little in-jokes, moments of gratitude, and other things that bring more energy to every meeting
