There is a very present drive for diversity and equality in our workplace and that is very important to me.

Their transparency and honesty is like none other I've ever worked with. There's a true sense of support for my job and my work from top to bottom.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very comparable to every other tech company in the area. They recently adjusted to a remote workforce by granting quarterly stipends to purchase items for your home office.
What did you like most about the interview process?
ActiveCampaign not only screens applicants for technical skills required to do their job, but also their personality to weed out any individuals with qualities that could be detrimental to our culture.
