What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has a vision and is quite ambitious when it comes to where they want to take the product.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a general rule, we are pretty optimistic, especially for engineers. This goes towards serving our customers as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I finally solve a problem that's been bugging me/the customers for a long while. This is harder at scale.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are really strong here. There's also other perks, both in the office and as a result of working at home the past 12 months.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It takes a candidate the better part of a half day, but with multiple employees' input into the process, there's an opportunity to see many views of a candidate.
