That is a joke. They don't innovate and if you try to offer that option, you are shut down.

How are the career growth opportunities on the Engineering team at Acumera?
Acumera is in a precarious situation due to the CTO doing every job except CTO and his refusal to delegate some of the design responsibilities. His haphazard delving into the development of a replacement for their existing appliance while trying to be the marketing, sales, contract negotiator, customer service head and just about any other issue that comes up has caused instability and hindered the design of a replacement device which could cause a stop shipment any day due to the main component becoming unavailable any day.
