Very poorly organized managemnet, which have no communication with workers. They don't submit any paperwork on time and when they do it's input correctly. Also, they advertise paying workers at $14/hour but in reality when you add up your pay it comes out to about $8/hour thats not even minimum wage

Communication, paperwork, attitudes when speaking with employees about something the manager did wrong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would make me feel better if they paid me what i actually worked for and the correct hourly amount.
