Overall I would say Addus is ok, the lack of communication is probably their worst trait and as a major leading PCS healthcare company this isnt something you want to be known for. When I first interviewed at Addus 11 years ago it was great, they made me feel like I was becoming a part of something great
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We know nothing about anyone at Addus above out local Agency Director and we know little about anyone in our office unless we are made to deal with them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am lucky as I get to take care of my mum but before that I had several other patients and I loved every minute of being their caregiver! But the staff hasnt always been a pleasure to work with or for. Matt has been our best Agency Director but he isnt always good about communicating with us
