It's a very low quality culture. They need standards and customer service.

They need to figure out how to communicate and give everyone the same information.

The compensation is on the low end for the amount of time and loyalty they want.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They just have terrible standards and don't care about clients or employees. It's a money making office.
