It's a good company pays OK, but they need to work on better clarification on payroll dates and on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked a full week and didn't get paid for that week . Bills need to get paid there's a lot of payments scheduled. I've been with them 4 months to 5 and this has never happened until now.
